BrandBook
The visual identity, voice, and asset system for AiVA — TigerTech's flagship AI voice agent. Everything a partner needs to make work that looks and sounds like us.
AiVA is the voice that acts.
AiVA is TigerTech's flagship AI voice agent. It doesn't just answer the phone — it books the appointment, resolves the ticket, runs the outbound campaign, and reports back. Every brand expression should carry that single idea: capability you can hear.
Always on, never off-brand
AiVA picks up every call with the same calm competence — the personality of a senior operator, not a chatbot.
Outcomes, not transcripts
The differentiator. AiVA completes the task on the call — booking, resolving, closing — then moves to the next.
One clear console
Every conversation rolls up into metrics an operator can trust. Marketing should feel as measured as the product.
The mark
A glass "voice-core" disc holding the brand waveform, set beside the Conthrax wordmark. The mark and wordmark together are the primary lockup. A drifting violet constellation surrounds it in motion contexts.

● Live
The voice-core pulses through the spectrum — a single, calm loop that reads as "listening." Use it on screens only: site headers, loading and splash moments, social intros, and the product itself.

Don't do this
The mark is engineered. Keep it intact — these are the violations we see most.
AiVA by TigerTech
AiVA stands on its own. TigerTech is the quiet endorser — present for trust, never competing for attention. Lead with AiVA; sign with TigerTech. Use the endorsement lockup in formal contexts (decks, footers, legal); drop it in tight spaces like ad tiles.
AiVA
AiVAAiVA inherits TigerTech's house typefaces — Conthrax and Raleway — so the family resemblance is felt, not stated. Where TigerTech runs warm (red→orange), AiVA owns its own violet→cyan spectrum. Same bones, distinct voice. Never co-brand by mixing the two color systems in one composition.
The spectrum is the brand
Not a single hue — a gradient. Violet flows through blue into cyan, sampled directly from AiVA's voice waveform. Everything else is near-black navy and white at descending opacity. Color is rare and intentional.
The spectrum is a highlighter, never a fill. Reserve it for one focal moment per composition — a headline word, a CTA, an accent edge.
Two faces, one house
Conthrax for the wordmark only — wide, techno, unmistakable. Raleway for absolutely everything else — a tall, humanist sans that reads clean from a 92px headline down to 12px legal.
How AiVA speaks
AiVA sounds like a capable operations tool, not a hype-y AI startup. Calm, competent, in the present tense. Marketing can be warmer and bolder than the product UI — but it never loses the composure.
Calm & competent
State what happens and what to do next. Confidence comes from clarity, not volume. No exclamation points in product copy; marketing earns them rarely.
Second person, present
Speak to "you" about "your agents", "your campaigns". Present tense keeps it active: AiVA books the appointment — not can help you book.
Numbers do the talking
Proof over adjectives. 1,284 calls · 92.4% resolved says more than "powerful". Lead with the metric; let it carry the claim.
Verb-first & literal
CTAs start with a verb: "Book a demo", "See AiVA work". Labels are short, literal nouns in Title Case. No clever jargon, no emoji — ever.
Say this
- AiVA answers, acts, and reports back. — outcome-led
- 92% of calls resolved without a human. — proof-led
- Book a demo. — verb-first CTA
- The voice that acts. — calm, confident
Not this
- Revolutionary AI that will blow your mind!! — hype
- Leverage synergistic voice solutions. — jargon
- Click here to learn more 🚀 — vague + emoji
- AiVA can help you maybe do calls. — hedging
Taglines & sample copy
A primary line plus sanctioned alternates, and ready-to-adapt copy in the AiVA voice. Pull from these rather than inventing claims.
The brand world
Four reusable textures build every AiVA surface. Use one per composition as atmosphere — never stacked, never loud. They always sit on the dark base.
Constellation
Drifting violet particles — the signature texture, lifted from the logomark. Use for hero space and section dividers.
Waveform
The living voice trace. Pin to the bottom edge, fade into the base. The most literal expression of "voice".
Radial burst
A single soft violet glow behind content. Adds depth and focus without busyness. Screen-blended, low opacity.
Signal grid
A faint violet measurement grid — the "operational / measured" cue. Use sparingly behind data-led layouts.
In the wild
The system applied to the channels you'll produce most. Each is built only from the rules in this book.
